Nov 2025: What is happening with Kent's Photography

2024 has been a productive year, and I have been fortunate to add a few images to this site.  Early this year, winter provided some spectacular scenery in the Southwest, while spring in the smokies did not disappoint.  Autumn included a visit to Texas swampland, which offered stunning Fall color!

I am excited to report that we had a great trip to Patagonia in April 2025. The journey began in Buenos Aires and then continued to El Calafate. I experienced Argentinian Patagonia from El Chalatan as a starting point, and the mountainscape was surreal. Several great scenes of Fall color were everywhere, and it seemed like beautiful photographic opportunities and hikes were endless.  We were blessed with perfect photographic weather for the entire trip.

From Chalatan, we traveled to Chilean Patagonia and Torres del Paine. Many great hikes revealed yet again spectacular Fall color and boundless beautiful scenery. The variety of wildlife did not disappoint; as was the case in Argentina, I was fortunate to find several great images.

The trip through Patagonia was stunning and a must-do for anyone who enjoys the spectacular wilderness.  I hope to return several more times in the coming years, and I hope you enjoy the images!
